* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৪,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The Tenderer/manufacturer shall have a minimum of 03 (three) years of overall experience to make or supply uniform & liveries or related services.
b) The minimum specific experience of making or supplying similar uniforms & liveries or related services of at least one (1) contract(s) successfully completed within the last three (03) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 13,00,000/- (Taka Thirteen Lac only) of Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/Public Limited companies or similar in Bangladesh.
c) Completion/Acceptance certificate will be considered as an experience certificate. Notification of Award (NOA), Signed contract paper or Purchase order (PO) will not be considered an experience certificate.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 15,00,000/- (Taka Fifteen Lac only) that must be issued not earlier than Thirty (30) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender.
e) The Tenderer should have a valid Trade license, financially solvent, Income Tax payee & legal capacity to enter into the contract.
f) The tenderer should have to go through the detailed specifications of uniform & liveries and must collect fabric samples from the Admin office of Siddhirganj 335MW CCPP before the opening of the tender. Then have to submit all the samples (non-refundable) of each specification along with e-Tender to the Admin office of Siddhirganj 335MW CCPP before the opening of the tender. The sample will be considered during the TEC evaluation.
g) The successful tenderer should have to collect measurement of uniform & liveries of every employee from Siddhirganj 335MW CCPP, Siddhirganj, Narayanganj.
