* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৮,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৬,০০০,০০০ ~ ১৮,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Reputed Contractor/Supplier firms who have minimum 3 (Three) years of general experience in any kind of supply works are eligible to apply in this tender. Time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT.
b) The Tenderer must have to submit up to date income tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate, updated TradeLicense, Previous trade license (if required) & NID along with the Tender.
c) The Experience certificate of the successfully completed supply works shall be issued by the officer not below the rank ofExecutive Engineer or Concerned officer from a Government or Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
d) The experience certificate of last 3 years must be submitted along with the tender. Only the completion certificate will beaccepted.
e) If any falsified documents are submitted along with the tender and found incorrect then strict actions will be taken against thosetenderer.
f) The procurement consists of supplying Chlorine (90%) according to the schedule to Dhaka BKSP, and Dinajpur, BKSP.
h) The tenderer must comply with the Technical specification as specified in the form ePG2-3.
i) Other eligibility criteria will be imposed as per TDS, PPA-2006 and PPR-2008 with latest amendment.
j) The Head of Procuring Entity reserves the right to reject all Tenders or annul the Tender proceedings.
