প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The tenderer shall have the following qualifying and other eligibility criteria stated in the tender document :
1. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be ten (10) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last five (5) years, with a value of at least Tk. 2.00 ( Two) Crore. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
3. The tenderer must have distribution authorization from reputed solar panel manufacturer to avoid conflicts during warranty claim.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 2.00 (Two) Crore.
6. Up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate.
7. All others as stated in the tender documents.
