Following Documents are to be submitted/ uploaded.
Up to date Valid Trade license, Income Tax certificate and VAT registration certificate with clearance up to 2025 .
The minimum specific experience as a supplier in supply of similar goods of at least 1 contract(s) successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 25 lakh.
The required average turnover shall be greater than 25 lakh over the last five years.
The minimum amount of liquid asset of working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be 25 lakh.
Manufacturer Authorization letter must be submitted.
Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company).
Original Catalog and Brochure must be submitted.
Tenderer should fulfill all criteria's which are stated in TDS/Specification.
