* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,৯৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫,৮০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,৯৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) The minimum years of general experience of the tenderer in supply of goods with related services as supplier shall be 05 (five) years. i.e., time is to be counted from the date of publishing IFT.
2) The minimum specific experience as supplier of at least 02 (two) contracts of similar nature, complexity and methods/ technology successfully completed within the last 03 (three) years with a value of at least Tk. 20.00 (twenty) lac from any government, semi-govt or autonomous organization shall be required.
3) The tenderer must submit: (i) Up to date valid trade license, (ii) up to date income tax clearance certificate, (iii) Valid VAT registration certificate
4) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be minimum Tk. 20.00(twenty) Lac.
5) The bidder must have own electromechanical workshop facilities to make/modify boiler and other engineering works.
6) Tenderer must have to submit offer for all items in full quantity mentioning brand name and country of origin.
7) Other's eligibility criteria as per TDS
