প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
General Information:
i). Contractors who are registered on the e-GP web portal and fulfill the qualification criteria stated in the Tender Document.
ii). Contractors who are qualified as per PPR-2008 and its amendments and any other government rules applicable.
iii). The work may be dropped, quantity may be increased/ decreased. No claim for cancellation or extra rate for increased/ decreased quantity will be entertained.
iv). Payments of executed work will be made upon availability of funds. Any claim for the late payments will not be entertained. Quality & quantity of works shall be checked by BWDB Task Force Committee.
v). Quoted amount of tender beyond 10% above/less than official estimated cost will be non- responsive.
vi). After completion the tender opening process, if disable to downloading important documents of the tender, which consider to tender evaluation. In order to the tender may be treated as non-responsive.
Special Instruction:
a) The Work had to be completed within June 2025. In no circumastences,time will not be extended further.
b) Payment for the works will be done from Dhaka RAC, BWDB only after fund transfer from BEZA.
c) The whole work & contract management must be followed by BWDB Taskforce Guideline & BWDB Technical Specification (Uploaded in Section 7)
d) The Bidder must demonstrate his equipment & manpower ability clearly to execute the work within time (June 2025) in tenderer information sheet as per requirement. All other qualification criteria stated in TDS.
