Description of Goods/related services:
a) Title of the Tender: Procurement of educational/research equipment/ICT equipment/other equipment for innovation hub in Khulna University (KU), Khulna.
b) Delivery Destination: The successful tenderer must supply the equipment directly to Khulna University (KU), Khulna. After quality certification and received by the KU authority the 100% bill will be paid by the project authority to the tenderer.
c) Warranty: The warranty of the equipment must be for at least 1 (one) year from the date of acceptance by the nominated authority of KU, Khulna.
d) Related Services: After sale services must be for at least 1 (one) year effective from the date of expiration of warranty period.
 
দরপত্রের মূল্য: ২,০০০ টাকা; দরপত্র জামানত: ৩২৫,০০০ টাকা।
দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১০,৮৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩২,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১০,৮৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. General experience: Minimum 3 (three) years of experience in supplying equipment or equipment related goods.
b. Specific Experience: Minimum 1 (one) completion certificate of supply of educational/research/ICT equipment/other equipment of minimum value BDT. 1.00 (one crore) crore (Completion certificate is required with the indicated amount. No NOA/Contract will be accepted and no need to submit).
c. Average Annual Turnover: Minimum BDT 2.00 (two) crore for last 3 (three) years within last 5 (five) years.
d. Liquid Assets: Minimum BDT. 1 (one) crore in the form of "Line of Credit" from any schedule Bank of Bangladesh in the prescribed form of the tender document without altering the form.
