b) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. Eighty (80.00) Lac over the best three (03) years in the last five (5) years from any Government, Semi Govt. or Autonomous organizations.
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. Thirty Five (35.00) Lac.
d) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk. Seventy One (71.00) Lac .
