দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,৯৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫,৮০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,৯৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Tenderer must have updated valid trade license (30 June 2025), BIN, Income Tax Return Certificate (2024-2025), Credit Line of Tk 25,00,000.00 within tender period.
2. Tenderer must have to be joint stock registered.
3. Tenderer must have their own manufacturing plant with Seasoning Plant.
4. Tenderer must have Integrated UV lacquer Line System in their factory to perform Sustainable Water-Resistant Finished Surface on Furniture which is Certified by any Govt/ Semi-Govt/ Autonomous Bodies in Bangladesh.
5. Tenderer must have FSC Certificate, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001: 2018 Certificate.
6. Certificate of Air Antipollution Equipment System to reduce Air Pollution and Health Hazzard at Factory from any Govt./Semi-Govt./ Autonomous Bodies in Bangladesh.
7. Environment Clearance Certificate for factory, Robot Painting System Certificate, Valid Fire License, Factory Insurance Certificate, Valid Credit Rating Report of the firm/company & NOC for Factory issued from City Corporation.
8. The Tenderer should have satisfactory completion Certificate of supplying similar Goods of minimum Tk.25,00,000.00 to any Govt Organization under 01 contract in the last 02 of years. Only NOA/Work Order will not be evidence of similar experience.
9. Production capacity min. 25,000 pcs furniture per month
10. The tenderer must have min. 5 own showroom in Dhaka City.
11. Factory Inspection will be conducted if the tenderer are preliminary responsive by Tender Evaluation Committee.
12. The Tenderer must submit 8 items of sample as per Office requirements
13. The Tenderer must have to submit pay order of Taka 58,000.00 as tender security.
