* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,৮৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,৮৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. All the Tenderer must follow the PPA, 2006 and PPR, 2008 rules & regulation;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded as per Standard Tender Document (STD):
(I) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 (three) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(II) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01 (one) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 14.00 lakh Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. [The Tenderer will submit copy of work order, contract deed along with the experience certificate in the e-GP system.]
(III) The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments is (Form PG2-5) Tk. 16.00 lakh. [Certificate must be issued between publication of IFT and submission date in the e-GP system].
(IV) Up-to-date Valid Trade License as supplier.
(V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate with e-TIN.
(VI) e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate.
(VII) Manufacturer Authorization Letter or Contract deed with the Importers / Manufacturer (if bidder is a supplier) [When applicable].
(VIII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company).
(IX) Technical specification must be signed by the Tenderer in the e-GP system (Lentil/Masur Dal(High Quality Dashi Small grain) will have to supply as per technical specification mentioned in the TDS).
(X) Sample of 200 gm Lentil/Masur Dal(High Quality Dashi Small grain) must be submitted in three transparent containers to the PE as per technical specification before tender opening date and time.
