প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Eligibility of Tenderer: As per Tender Document.
1) Tenderer should fulfill all criteria's which are stated in TDS/Specification.
2) Tenderer should submit their credit line facility / Liquid assets certificate according to PPR format. Amount of liquid asset is TK.40,00,000.00 BDT (Forty Lakh).
3) Tenderer must have Valid/Up to date Trade license, VAT and Tax Certificate.
4) The Tenderer must have minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of Accounting and Information System Related or Computer /IT Related Lab. Equipment’s Equipment’s Lab. Equipment’s or similar goods or any kinds of Scientific/ Lab. Equipment’s of at least 01 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, with at least minimum 35,00,000.00 BDT (Thirty Five Lakh) Taka. Preference will be given for supply of specific nature of goods as per tender schedule/documents. Specific nature experience will be treated as similar nature experience.
5) Tenderer must have Minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in supply of Scientific/ Lab. Equipment’s /Machineries and related Goods.
6) Tenderer must submit prescribed compliance sheet of offers goods.
7) All Equipments Specification must be approved by JUST concerned authority/concerned departmental chairman before supply.
8) Rest of the criteria mentioned in Uploaded Specification. Signed Uploaded Specification is Final.
9) Tenderer must submit ISO certificate.
