01. Bidders must have arrange an in-house performance and Quality checking program within the tender evaluation period at their own cost with prior communication to the PE. Bidders must have to arrange an in-house validation program by their own expert and own cost within the evaluation period.
02. the tenderer shall have to perform on site verification of the microbiological ISO Method according to the latest related valid ISO/IEC method (ISO 16140) during evaluation period by the manufacturer’s or any microbiological expert at their own cost.
03. All Media shall have to manufactured according to related ISO method (example 4833, 4831, 6579 etc)
04. Tenderer/Bidder must inform the PE on the validation procedure within 3 days of tender publication through official webmail (qamkhl@fisheries.gov.bd)
05. Tenderer will provide an authorization letter from the original media manufacturer for participating in the bidding/tender process. This letter will be verified by contacting the original media manufacturer
06. Method Varification documents should be attached. If the participants who have no in-house validation in this lab, they must perform varification within 30 days of tender publication
