* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The tenderer shall have the following qualifying and other eligibility criteria stated in the TDS & PCC.
a) The minimum general experience of the tenderer in the supply of goods and related services shall be a minimum 5 (Five) years at Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization.
b) The minimum specific experience of the tenderer in the supply of similar goods under at least 3 (Three) contracts each with a value of at least Tk. 50(Fifty) lac at any Government/ Semi-Government/ autonomous body/ Private organazation successfully completed in a financial year within the last 5 (Five) years.
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk. 1.60 (One Point Six) Crore.
d) Up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate.
e) Manufacturer Authorization letter is required
f) Whole accessories installed and setup should be done by the bidder at different labs of KU
g) Warranty Certificate must be provided
h)The Tenderer must have local service centre/shop at Khulna city. A trade License issued against the local service center/ shop must be submitted
i) The Supplier must provide a day-long training for the users at KU
j) Khulna University authority reserves the right to disqualify any tenderer due to intentional rate quoting/front loading
