প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
 Any / All tenderers who have registered in e-GP system may participate in the tender provided that they fulfill the criteria as stated in Tender Document-
1. As per Consent of CPTU , the Tenders shall be evaluated in the e-GP system with the help of online e-GP document summited by tendarars verified by PE .
2. Tenderers are requested to fill different Tender Forms (Section 5: Tender and Contract Forms) properly with necessary information and by uploading necessary document(s), which will considered for tender evaluation.
3..Qualification information and evidences(such as work experience certificates, on-going works list ,payment certificates for construction turnover , equipment list (own or rented) ,personal list etc) of the Tenderers as mapped in the e-GP Tenders must be available in e-Gp System.
4. Tender Capacity Sheet calculated shall be uploaded into the e-GP system by the tendarers.
5. Only work is going during the IFT Publication will considared as ongoing work. Otherwise the work is not considered as ongoing work and it is mendatory to upload the signing of contact and Notice of Commence. But NOA & Money Recipt will not considaredas ongoing work.
6. Unnecessary / Excess document(s) are discouraged to upload/attach.
7. Providing the same document more than once, concealing ongoing work information, providing false information will clearly be considered as professional misconduct and offense as per Section 64 of PPA 2006 and Rule 127 of PPR-2008. Due to such Fraudulent Practice appropriate legal action will be taken as per Rule 127(3) of PPR-2008.
