* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

Special Conditions for Tenderers:
1. Each Tubewell will be done as presence of Department authorized person such as AE/SAE/ Mechanics. At least 90m of boring for each Tubewell is manadatory. Otherwise boring will be treated as unsuccessful and no payment will be made against said work. But filter of the Tubewell will be lowered at suitable layer of geological formation with as per instruction of field engineer in charge.
2. After completion of each Boring, with the help of AE/SAE/Mechanics, Boring Log will be prepared for submission of Project Director for approval of said work and subsequent Payment.
3. Submitted Rate of Boring will be increased as per depth of boring increased. Otherwise, Tender will be treated as Non Responsive.
