* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
A satisfactory completion of similar nature of work as specific experience i.e any of kind construction of buildingof value Tk 5.00(five) lakhs counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. under single contract are eligible for this tender.
The tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk. 5.00 (five) lakhs during the last 5 years countimg backward from the date of publiaction of IFT in the newspaper;
The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 6.00 (Six) lakhs. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued after publication date of the tender. Original Certificate (scanned Copy) of Liquid Asset or credit facilities from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh must be enclosed along with the tender in the form of letter of commitment for Bank undertaking for line of credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per Form of tender and contract forms;
The Tenderer must enclose up-to-date Trade license, income Tax clearance certificate and VAT registration certificate along with the Tender;
Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents.
Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.
The Tenderer who are interested to participate are requested to read the Tender Document thoroughly before submitting the tender.The tenderer can participate in all lots but One tenderer shall get maximum 01 (One) lots (if responsive lowest more than 01 (One) lots those tender are published after on january ,2025 ) under this APP of revenue budget
