* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৯০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Tenderer(s) forming JVCA in accordance with respective clauses stated in the tender document and as per latest circular issued by CPTU vide memo no. IMED/CPTU/262/2011-1192 dated 26/07/2015 may participate in the tender.
2. The tenderer(s) must fulfill the following requirements.
(a) A minimum general construction experience of 5 years as mentioned in TDS.
(b) The minimum specific experience in Successful completion of at least 1 (one) contract for construction or maintenance of flexible pavement works having surfacing works (DBST or DBS Base Course or DBS Wearing Course) with a total value of at least Tk. 4.50 Crore under Public fund within the last 7(Seven) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(c) Average annual Construction Turnover of Tk. 7.00 Crore over Last 5 years from IFT.
(d) Minimum Credit Line facility Tk. 5.00 crore.
(e) Minimum Tender capacity of Tk. 3.50 crore.
(f) Requirement of lead partner of JVCA shall be (a) At least 1(one) contract having 100% experience as mentioned in clause.
(g) All other criteria stated in the TDS.
3. All Tenderers/JVCA should mention their full name in the document/contract documents of the tender.
4.The tenderers are asked to submit rate analysis supporting their quoted rate on each item. In case of quoted price is 5% (Five percent) above or less of the official estimated cost, the TEC will consider the rate analysis for recommending the quoted price in the evaluation report.
