* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ৪০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ২ কোটি টাকার চেয়ে বেশি হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৪১৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,২৫০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৪১৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ১,২৫০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.



The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 02 contracts of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 35 (Thirty five) crore. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.



The minimum tender capacity shall be: Tk. 40 (Fourty) crore.



The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 70 (Seventy) crore over the last 5 years.



The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 15 core (Fifteen crore) and the document of Bank's undertaking line of credit must be sumbitted as per ITT Clause form -PW3-7.



Valid Licences for Electrical works supervisory license from competent reputed govt. authority like Electricity Licensing Board.



Bank statement regarding transaction of 5 years.



Company memorandum/Company Profile.



Last 5 (five) years Audited Balance Sheet



 Section -2 & Section-4 will be also applicable.
