* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৮,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 years of General experience in the supply of related Goods and related services where only the Completion Certificate will be accepted as General Experience.
2. The satisfactory Completion of supply of Scientific Goods of minimum 29 Lac under One contract in the last 3 years.
3. The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/are: 29 Lac per year
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 29 Lac.
5. The tenderer must submit the detailed technical specifications on their official letterhead.
6. Manufacturer’s Authorization letter must be submitted as per PPR format which must be issued directly from the manufacturer to tenderer. Manufacturer’s Authorization from the Local/Authorized dealer will not be accepted.
7. Acid import & selling and transport license must be provided for Acid import (All of these licenses must be updated and from proper authority as per the current government rules and regulation).
8. License issued by explosive directorate for Import, stored up, supply/Selling of explosive listed chemicals as per government rule.
9. The Tenderer must mention the source of each item with manufacturers name and country of origin.
10. Tenderer must ensure that the offered model for each item is fully complied with the specification & size mentioned in the technical Specifications of the tender (when applicable).
11. The tenderers must submit original catalogue/brochures of the product. Certificate of Analysis from recent Batch have to be submitted.
12. MSDS certificate of the products have to be submitted.
13. Other Eligibility of Tenderer as per TDS.
