* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১৫,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪৭,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Any individual(s) firms who fulfill the qualification(s) criteria of each package as stipulated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) & other condition of the tender documents. The Tenderers are requested to read carefully the instructions in section-2 (TDS) ; section-4 (PCC) & Section-8(Particular Specifications) & strictly follow the instructions.
Special Instruction:

Payment shall be made subject to budget allocation & availability of fund but the work must be continued and proportionate progress must be achieved.

Work certificate which is issued by the PE ( Procuring Entity) and executed by public fund will only be considered as an qualification criteria.

The tenderer has to arrange land or other establishment by his own for execution of work .

Test fee for the required test (as per direction of engineer in charge) conducted during / after the work to be paid by the contractor.

Before and after the execution of work videos and pictures have to be taken by the contractor on his own and submitted to the PE which representing the actual situation of work.

Taskforce measurement report, uploaded BWDB specification must be followed by the contractor.

Geobag rejected by the BWDB, Taskforce committee shall be dumped or placed without any additional payment

Tenderer(s) are informed to read carefully the instructions stated in ITT clauses no. 43 and its sub-clauses.

Tenderer must need to submit the line of credit certificate in prescribed format (Form PW2a) which is attached in section 8.

It is the duty of the tenderer to submit all the documents freshly (Without Corrupted). If any documents get corrupted and the evaluation team could not be able to open the file, no claim from the tenderer regarding the file will be entertained.
