c) The Provisions laid down in the "Public Procurement Rules- 2008 for procurement of works will be binding upon the contractors.
d) The work may be totally dropped, Quantity may be increased or decreased; No claim or extra rate will be entertained against cancellation of the tender or issuance of work order with decreased quantity of work.
e) Payment will be made subject to the availability of fund. No claim for extra payment will be entertained for delay of payment.
f) The following procedures/booklets of BWDB shall be binding upon the contractors.
i) Delegations of Financial Power of BWDB.
ii) Technical Specification.
iii) Comply with the instructions/office orders/circulars issued by BWDB
