প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
All e-GP registered potential tenderers are eligible to submit tender provided they may fulfill the criteria in respect of legal, technical & financial are described in the TDS (Tender Data Sheet) of the tender document.
(1) The minimum number of years of general experience shall be 5 (Five) years (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP portal)
(2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in the Construction of Premix Bituminous Carpeting & Seal coat work in 1 (one) contract of a similar nature within the last 5 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk 30.00 Lakh.Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP portal ( see details in Tender Documents)
(3) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than TK 45.00 Lakh over the last five (5) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP portal ( see details in Tender Documents)
(4) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities and bank statement of the Tenderer shall be Tk 25.00 Lakh before tender closing date.
(5) In liquid Asset Certificate & submitted update authorized letter must mention this tender ID and/or the name of work.
(6) If any tenderer's quoted amount (Grand Total) is more than 5% lower than the estimated cost shown in APP, then he/she must submit the rate analysis of all items.
(7) Documents regarding annual construction turnover must be submitted in the form of a year-wise payment certificate from the respective PEs or from the income Tax office.
