* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৮,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Tenderer should have registration in e-GP portal system.
Tenderer should fulfill all criteria's which are stated in TDS.
Tenderer should submit their credit line facility / Liquid assets certificate according to PPR format. Amount of liquid asset is TK. 90,00,000.00 BDT ( Ninty Lakh) Taka Taka.
After completion of the tender opening process, if unable to downloading important documents of the tender, which will be considered as non-responsive.
Valid & Update Trade license, VAT and Tax Certificate.
The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Scientific/ Lab. Equipments at least one (01) contract successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, with at least minimum 90,00,000.00 BDT (Ninety Lakh) Taka in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Organization. Specific experience treated as similar nature experience
5 (Five) years minimum general experience in supply of Scientific/ Lab. Equipments and related Goods.
Rest of criteria mentioned in TDS, Signed Uploaded Specification is Final.
Full Set-up must be done by the Supplier of free of cost.
All equipment must be approved by PE before supplying. Pre-Inspection of the offered goods will be perform by PE in Bangladesh.
