All tenderer enlisted in e-GP having following qualification:
a) Up to date VAT registration
b) Up to date income tax Certificate.
c) Up to date Trade license
d) Nationality Certificate.
e) Authorization letter
F) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 6.20 Lakh (Taka Six lakh twenty thousand) Only under 01(One) of contract over a period of 5(Five) years shall be required.
g) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than TTk 6.20 Lakh (Taka Six lakh twenty thousand) Only over the last 3 (Three) years.
h) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 6.20 Lakh (Taka Six lakh twenty thousand) Only.
i) The final decision about the lowest responsive tenderer will be taken according to the recommendation of TEC.
j) Rule 27(2) of PPR-2008 will be apply in case of front loading.
k) Rule 98(31) in case of approximately equivalent quoted rate of Tenderer.
