* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৪৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,৪০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৪৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ১,৪০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as Supplier shall be 05 ( Five ) years.
2.The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Electro-mechanical Goods of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 03 ( Three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 300000 ( Three Lakh Taka only) of Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies in Bangladesh. For the above experience/ work completion certificate, , the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
3.The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments, is Tk. 4,00,000.00 (Tk. Four Lakh Only)
4.The Tenderer must submit Authorization letter from manufacturer or authorized local distributor.
5. Declaration of Warranty Certificate of the products on letter head pad.
6. All other terms & conditions stated in Tender Documents (TDS and PCC).
