* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as Supplier shall be 05 ( Five ) years.
2.The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Electro-mechanical Goods of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 03 ( Three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 1500000 ( Fifteen Lakh Taka only) of Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies in Bangladesh. For the above experience/ work completion certificate, , the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
3.The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments, is Tk. 24,00,000.00 (Tk. Twenty-four Lakh Only)
4. The supplier must be submitted the manufacturer's ISO 9001:2020 certificate and ISO 14001 certificate (without any exclusions) or the latest versions of these certificates.
5. The supplier is required to submit an authorization letter from the manufacturer.
6. The supplier must be submitted catalogues, material quality test certificates, information about the manufacturer’s reputation, and detailed specifications.
7. The supplier is required to submit a warranty certificate from the manufacturer or the local agent, ensuring a one (1) year warranty from the date the supplied goods are accepted.
8. All other terms & conditions stated in Tender Documents (TDS and PCC).
