b) The minimum specific experience in construction works of at least 1 (one) of [construction of flexible pavement] successfully completed within the last [3 (three)] years, each with a value of at least Tk. [12 lakh].
c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk [37 lakh] over the last [3 (three)] years.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk [30 lakh]
