প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The Tenderer must have successful completion experience on at least 01 (one) similar nature of work amounting not less than Tk. 5.0 lakh during the last 05 (Five) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous bodies. The work completion certificates shall have to be issued by the Officer not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent Officer of concerned Department/Organization.
(b) The required minimum average annual construction turnover during the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years is Tk. 27.00 (Twenty Seven) Lakh which will be based on work completion certificate. All work completion certificates must be enclosed with the tender.
(c)The required minimum liquid asset is TK 5.00 (Five) lakh.
(d) Black listed/ debarred bidders from any Govt./ Semi-Govt/ Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.
(e)Up-to-date Trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate, ABC Contractory & supervisory License etc.
(f) Other required conditions and documents of this tenderer are shown in tender data sheet (TDS) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
(g) All other Criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act-2008 and its amendment
