প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Supplier in the supply of substation and related services as supplier shall be 5 (five) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply and works of Sub-station, Generator and related other works of this tender of at least 1 (one) No. contract successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 800 Lakh (Eight Hundred Lakh) in Government /Semi-Government /Autonomous organization/Private bodies of Bangladesh during last 5 (five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP. (also as per TDS)
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Supplier shall be Tk. 950 (Nine Hundred and fifty Lakh) lakh. The certificate of free fund (liquid asset) must be unconditional and to be issued in favor of related supply of goods (Name of the Goods). Liquid asset must be substantiated by a letter of commitment of banks undertaking for line of credit (form PG3-8). Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.

4. The supplier must possess/submit: i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate. ii) Up-to-date trade license. iii) Up-to-date VAT registration, iv) Up-to-date ABC category contractory and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, GoB. (v) Manufacturer authorization letter. (e-PG3-6).
