* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৪,৮৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৪,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,০০০,০০১ ~ ১৪,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Reputed contractors/ Construction firms who have minimum 1.5 (One and Half) years of general experience in similar nature Construction works are eligible to apply in this tender. Time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT.
b) The Tenderer must have to submit up to date income tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate, Updated Trade License, Previous Trade license (if required) & NID along with the Tender.
c) The Experience certificate of the successfully completed similar assignments shall be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer from a Government or Autonomous Organization.
d) The Experience certificate with concerned NOA and work order must be submitted along with the Tender. Only the completion certificate will be accepted.
e) The valid experience certificates of FY 2022-23 and 2023-24 must be submitted separately.
f) Valid documents for ongoing works or recently received NOA or work order must be submitted along with the tender.
g) Other eligibility criteria shall be imposed as per TDS and PPR-2008, PPA-2006 with latest amendment.
h) The Head Of Procuring Entity reserves the right to reject all Tenders or annul the Tender proceedings.
