দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The Tenderer shall have:
a) General experience of three (03) years.
b) Valid trade license (FY 2023-24).
c) Valid tax clearance certificate (Tax year-2022-23).
d) Valid VAT & TIN certificate
e) Up to date ABC License & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
f) Specific experience of successful completion in supply, installation, & commissioning of generator of minimum value 60.00 Lac Taka in a single agreement in any Govt. /semi govt./ autonomous organization within last three years
g) Certificate of specific work experience obtained from organization other than EED should be authenticated by the Assistant Engineer (Electrical), EED of concerned district.
h) The minimum amount of liquid assets ie working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 70.00 Lac as per STD format of this tender.
I) Valid Manufacturer's Authorization letter for the proposed generator.
J) Submit valid document in reply of any other terms and conditions mentioned in TDS & PCC of this tender.
