01. Only EED Enlisted Tenderers of the Categories A1 & A2 (Jhalokathi) are eligible.
02. If the lowest evaluated price exceeds more than 5% (Five Percent) below/above than the Official Estimated Amount, then the tender will be rejected without assigning any reason whatsoever. Incase of the same evaluated price, decision will be taken through Lottery.
03. According to Letter Memo No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377; Dated : 30/08/2018 & Memo No : 03.073.046.21.00.001.2018-259; Dated: 03.10.2019 from Office of The Prime Minister and CPTU Letter Memo No : 21.00.0000.364.22.020.19-202; Date : 10.10.2019.; the contractor who has not yet completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.
04. The Bidders who have works pending which are not completed in due time without valid reason and the quality of works is not satisfactory then they will be non-responsive for this tender.
05.Tenderer must submit the Decleration letter of 0% progress/ no pending work (only EED)in his/her firm pad with date, seal and signature.
