* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৪,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:A) Up to Date Valid Trade License
B) Up to date Valid ABC/BC class Electrical contractor and Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board, Bangladesh ;
C) Up to date Income Tax Clearance certificate from NBR ;
D) Spare Parts Guarantee Certificate.
E) Liquid Assets Certificate as prescribed form in ITT Clause 16 (a).
F) Specific Experience Certificate.
G) Manufacturer Authorization Letter should be given in (e-PG3-6) form.
H) Product Catalog supplied by Manufacturer.
I) Tenderer must submit the Decleration letter of 0% progress/ no pending work (Only Sub Station and Lift/Generator Under any PE of Education Engineering Department) in his/her firm pad with date, seal and signature.
J)  According to Letter Memo No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377; Dated : 30/08/2018 & Memo No : 03.073.046.21.00.001.2018-259; Dated: 03.10.2019 from Office of The Prime Minister and CPTU Letter Memo No : 21.00.0000.364.22.020.19-202; Date : 10.10.2019.; the contractor who has not yet completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.
K) The Bidders who have works pending which are not completed in due time without valid reason and the quality of works is not satisfactory then they will be non-responsive for this tender.
