* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ৪০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ২ কোটি টাকার চেয়ে বেশি হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫০,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৫০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫০,০০০,০০০ ~ ১৫০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The Tenderer shall have
a) A minimum of 10 (Ten) years of general experience in the Supply of goods and related services. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the Newspaper).
b) The minimum specific experience as supplier in Medical waste Management System (Supply, Installation and commissioning of Medical waste Management System) of at least 01 (One) contract successfully complete within the last 10 (Ten) years with a value of at least TK. 440.00 (Four Hundred and Forty) Lac for each lot under any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous body/Private Organization in Bangladesh. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT).
i. In the case of work done under any PWD Division, the concerned executive engineer shall be the certifying and authenticating authority.
ii. In case of the work done under any Government/Semi Government /Autonomous bodies/Private Organization of Bangladesh other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district/area within whose jurisdiction work has been done.
iii. The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are: Not Less than tender amount per year. i.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets as credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 500.00 Lac.
d) Valid Trade License (FY 2024-25).
e) Valid VAT Certificate Valid TIN certificate
f) Valid Income Tax Clearance Certificate (Most Recent Year)
g) Valid ABC class Electrical Contractor & Supervisory License (FY 2024-25)
h) Delivery and Documents: As per TDS.All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC, & Tender Data Sheet (TDS) & Tender Documents.
