দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The tenderer shall have minimum 3(Three) years experience in Similar nature of works as a Prime Contractor.
b) Contractors of govt, semi govt and BPDB having experience in construction of 01(One)) similar nature work in a single contract successfully and completed works worth value of at least 9.00(Nine) Lakhs taka in a single contract during the period of last 3(Three) years.
c) The intending tenderer must have valid up to date trade license, VAT, Income tax clearance certificate and up to date Civil Works license.
d) Minimum average annual turnover should be tk. 15(Fifteen) Lakh over the period of last 3(Three) years. Completed work certificate from Govt. /semi Govt. /autonomous bodies will be accepted. Any work certificate from private sector will not be acceptable.
In support of annual turnover, experience, liquid assets, attested copies of work completion certificate, work order and schedule of works and bank solvency certificate with bank statement. Work completion certificate must be issued by the executive engineer or equivalent.
e) The trenderer shall have a minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital amount taka 10.00(Ten) Lakhs Steady balance for 7(seven) days prior to submission of the tender or credit facilities (existing with available fund supported by bank statement) for this package.
f) Any Conditional tender will considered as non responsive.
