প্যাকেজের বিবরণ: Construction/Reconstruction/Renovation of 132 community toilets and 54 bathing Chambers at 72 sites in selected Low-Income Community (LIC) Areas of Dhaka City (Lot-6). The Package (Lot-6) includes construction, reconstruction or renovation of 72 Community toilet-bathing Units under DESWS Project at 72 sites in 12 different LICs (Low Income Communities). This Package comprises 67 Units of new construction or reconstruction and 5 Units of renovation works at mainly DWASA MODS Zone 5 & 10 in Dhaka City. The newly constructed Units have total 186 chambers including 132 toilet chambers and 54 bathing chambers. The design of each community toilet-bathing WASH block comprises septic tank, soak-well, superstructure, ram /stair (as applicable), electrification, running water system, etc.  The selected construction sites are situated within the LICs where transport can enter seldom from adjacent roads; therefore, construction materials need to be carried manually to the sites in most cases.

দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ৪০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ২ কোটি টাকার চেয়ে বেশি হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫৮,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৭৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
