প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The contractor must submit the following documents while submitting
the tender documents for the described package works.
1. Similar work experience (Last 3 years) with a value of at least Tk.- 75,
00,000 (Seventy Five Lac Taka) only. (Similar work shall mean RCC Drain And
Road work only)
2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.-
1, 50,00,000 (One Crore Fifty Lac Taka) only Last 3 years .
3. TheThe minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit
facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. - 80, 00,000 (Eighty Lac Taka) only.
4. The minimum amount of Tender Capacity Tk. =80, 00,000 (Eighty Lac
Taka) only.
5. Tenderer should have Updated Trade license, VAT certificate with BIN, TIN,
Income Tax Certificate (2024-2025). otherwise Tenderer will be considered
as Non-Responsive.
6. Up-to-date Contractor License
7. Construction Project Manager/Engineer & others staff (key personnel) with
their backgrounds.
8. Equipments (Concrete Mixture machine, Vibrator machine etc)
with papers.
9.Please include Environmental Plan (EMP) and Social Management Plan
(SMP) as part of the Tender Document.
10. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the
construction works shall be 5 (five) years.
NB: Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the
newspaper.
