প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Enlisted Contractor of BADC or from any other government agency, division, autonomous, semi-autonomous body or corporation who have
a) valid trade license with up to date renewal.
b) Valid TIN Certificate with up-to-date Income Tax Certificate.
c) VAT registration Certificate.
2. Minimum amount of liquid asset is 5,50,000/- (Five lakh Fifty thousand taka.) Regarding this purpose only Bank statement (from the date of publishing the tender in web site to the date of submission of tender by the tenderer) will be consider.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be Tk.7,00,000/-( Seven Lakh.) over the last three (3) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
4. A satisfactory completion of similar type construction works of at least Taka 5,50,000/- (Five lakh Fifty thousand taka.) under single number of contract over a period of last 5(Five) years counting backward from the date of publishing the tender shall be required.
5. The tenderer must have general experience of Civil Construction work/Similar works of at least 5 years. 
 6. The tenderers must have all other eligibilities mentioned in the tender document (TDS)
