* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,০০০,০০১ ~ ১৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The tenderer shall have the following qualifying and other eligibility criteria stated in the TDS & PCC.
a) The minimum general experience of the tenderer in the supply of goods and related services shall be a minimum 3 (Three) years at Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization.
b) The minimum specific experience of the tenderer in the supply of similar goods under at least 1 (one) contract with a value of at least Tk. 50 (Fifty) lac at any Government/ Semi-Government/ autonomous body successfully completed in a financial year within the last 3 (Three) years.
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk.65 (Sixty Five) lac.
d) Up-to-date Trade License.
e) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
f) VAT Registration Certificate.
g) Manufacturer Authorization letter is required
h) Whole accessories installed and setup should be done by the bidder.
i) Warranty Certificate must be provided
j) Khulna University authority reserves the right to disqualify any tenderer due to intentional rate quoting/front loading
