* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৪,৫০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৩,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(1). Tenderer must have up to date trade license, up to date Income tax Clearance certificate, Vat registration /e-BIN certificate.
(2). Financial Capacity: The minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the amount which is not less than TK. (40.00 Lakh) only by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh . The amount of liquid assets must be provided in Bank Statement or credit facilities according to PPR format (Form PG2-5), Issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender.
(3). The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 1(One) contract successfully completed within the last [5] years, with a value of at least Tk. [38.00] Lakh only.
(4). Manufacturer Authorization letter .
