Instruction for Tenderer :
-The minimum number of years of the general experience of the Tenderer in the Civil & Electrical Construction/Repair/Renovation Work as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor should be minimum of 5 years in Gov./Semi. Gov./Autonomous body.
-The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Civil & Electrical Construction/Repair/Renovation and at least 1 no contract of above nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 3 years, with a value of at least Tk. 30 lac in Gov./Semi Gov./ Autonomous body.
-The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 40 Lac over the last 3 years.
- If the tenderer's Quote Rate is more than 10% less or above the tender will not be accepted as per the amendment of PPR 2008.
- Other Eligibilities of Tenderer are as per TDS
