* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৪,৫০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৩,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,০০০,০০১ ~ ১৩,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Tenderer must submit the following documents otherwise will be disqualified: -
1. Up to date Trade license, VAT registration Certificates, Income Tax Certificates.
2. The Tenderer must have the specific satisfactory experience of Supply Pump Spears, Motor Power: 25 kW or more, Pump Capacity: 200 m3/hr. or more, Pump Head: 15meter or more).
3. Tenderer shall have specific experience of supplying Pump Spares to any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous organization under a 01(one) contract of amount at least 50(Fifty) Lac taka within last 3 (Three) years. (Contract Agreement and Work Completion Certificate must be submitted).
4. Tenderer shall have minimum of 3(Three) years’ experience of supplying Pump Spares by making from his/her own workshop which will be visited. (Experience Certificate must be submitted and if necessary, workshop shall be visited.)
5. The Tenderer should have his own BSCIC enlisted workshop (Certificate of BSCIC enlistment has to be submitted along with the tender document).
6. The Tenderer shall have to visit site before submission of the tender at their own cost and submit site visit report along with confirmation letter that they have adequate information of the site, detail specification and dimension of works / spares / equipment of the existing system.
7. Annual Turn-over is at least 1.50 (One Core Fifty Lac) Lac taka only for the last 3 years.
8. The minimum Amount of Liquid Asset is 50(Fifty) Lac Taka only
9.Tenderer must submit supply items new, unused & genuine certificate.
10. Tenderer must submit one-year warranty certificate.
11. Tenderer must fulfill the details Technical Specifications
