The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 08 (Eight) years from the date of Publication of Invitation of Tenders in the News Paper.
The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of 01 (One) contract of similar nature of Repair and Renovation Works successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, with a value of Tk. 62.00 (Sixty Two Lakh) in government/semi government/Autonomous bodies. The works completion certificate must be issued by the officer not below Rank of Executive Engineer/Project Director/Equivalent officer of Concerned Department/Organization. The works completion certificate must be submitted in CPTU prescribed format with work order.
