* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The Tenderer shall have valid and up to date Trade Licence, VAT Registration Certificate, BIN Certificate, Income Tax Certificate
The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 (Five) years.
The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Public Address (PA) System/Sound System of at least 01 (One) contract successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 42,00,000.00 (Forty Two Lakh).
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 47,00,000.00 (Forty Seven Lakh).
The amount of the Tender Security shall be 1,50,000.00 (One Lakh Fifty Thousand) in favour of Jalalabad Gas Transmission & Distribution System Ltd.
The Tenderer must have to submit the Materials Acceptance Certificate along with the related purchase order as a proof of specific experience.
