Eligibility of Tenderer: *
a. This Invitation for Tenders is open to eligible Tenderers from all countries, except Israel.
b. The Tenderer shall submit all legal documents such as Valid Trade License,
updated Income Tax Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate, Warranty Certificate ,The documents of Local Branch for after sales and service at cumilla etc.
c. The Tenderer shall submit the Financial Solvency Certificate from a
scheduled Bank as per TDS.
d. Authorization certificate issued by the Manufacturer which must be attached with TDS and shall submit country of origin of all items.
e. Authorization Letter confirming the signatory of the Tenderer from Organization and NID Certificate of Authorized person.
f. Tenderer who fulfills the delivery schedule of the time frame given in STD.
g. The Tenderer shall submit Litigation History.
h. Documentary evidence as stated under ITT Clause23 establishing the Tenderer’s eligibility and minimum qualifications required to be met for due performance of the Goods and related services under the Contract; and any other document as specified in the TDS.
