a) A minimum general construction experience of 5 (Five) years.
b) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk. 1,00,00,000.00 (One Core only) under a single contract over a period of last five[5] years shall be required.
c) The minimum capacity shall be: Tk. 1,50,00,000.00 (One core Fifty Lakh) Only.
d) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1,00,00,000.00 ( One Core) over the last five [5] years.
e) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 1,00,00,000.00 ( One Core) between 09-01-2025 to 27-01-2025.
2. If any tenderer Quoted his rate 10% less or above than the official estimate then the tender shall be non-responsive.
