Following documents to be furnished by the tenderer :
1. Up To Date Trade license.
2. Up to date income tax certificate (TIN) and income tax paid slip or certificate.
3. VAT registration certificate.
4. Photocopy of national ID.
5.Brand and Country of Origin to be mentioned in the offer.
6. If the tenderer is an agent/representative, it must be required to submit letter of authorization of Manufacturer along with the offer.
7. Calibration Gas Composition Certificate from manufacturer and Instruction Manual must be supplied along with the goods.
8. The supplied Calibration Gas must be fully complied as per technical specification.
9. The Manufacturer must be an ISO or equivalent certified company.
10. The bidder must submit 2 (Two) end use certificate that they have successfully supplied related goods not less than taka 20 (twenty) lac in the end user's letterhead pads where end user's details communicating address along with email and mobile number shall be mentioned.
