* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১১৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩৫০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১১৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৩৫০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The Tenderers must have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience of construction works.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction of at least 1(one) RCC framed structured building including civil, internal sanitary and internal electrification works successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 10.00 (Ten) Crore in single contract under Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 16.00 (Sixteen) Crore in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/ working capital/credit facilities (in the PW3-7 form without any alteration) Tk. 2.50 (Two Point Five Zero) Crore.
5. The Tender Capacity is Tk. 12.00 (Twelve) Crore. Supporting document must be submitted along with information as per enclosed form (ongoing works/commitments)
6. The Tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate, up-to-date Trade license and up-to-date ABC Contractor and Supervisory License.
7. In case of JVCA, The minimum qualification requirements of Leading Partner, other Partner(s) and requirements by summation of a JVCA shall meet as described in ITT and in TDS.
8. Completion certificate of similar nature of work (As Specific experience) shall be submitted in the prescribed format as per STD (PW3) of CPTU (attached in section-7)
All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
