দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) General Experience of minimum 05 (Five) years in the any business.
b) A satisfactory completion of electro-mechanical work of at least Tk. 55.00 Lakh (Fifty five lakh) under Single contract within last 05 (Five) years shall be required under any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies/Private organizations.
i. In case of the supply was done under PWD the above certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
ii. In case of the supply was done under any Govt./Semi Govt./ Autonomous Bodies/ Private organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same shall have to be authenticated by the Executive Engineer of PWD of the concerned area of execution of work.
c) The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Sub-Station are: 02 (Two) Nos Sub-Station per year.
(d)The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) i.e working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 55.00 Lakh (Fifty five lakh). Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be submitted in prescribed form published by CPTU, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected.
(e) Manufacturer Authorization/ Dealership/Agency ship Certificate must be submitted (If applicable).
(f) Tenderer Must have up to date Trade license, Up to date Income tax certificate, valid VAT certificate, Up to date ABC Category Contractor and Supervisory license issued from Electric Licensing Board. The supplied goods shall comply the specification mentioned in section-6 of the document.
(g) All other requirements must comply with Tender Data Sheet.
