প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
All tenderers in Bangladesh registered in National e-GP system, who fulfill the qualification criteria as specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the tender document.
The following conditions shall be considered:
1. As per consent of CPTU, the tenderers shall be evaluated in the e-GP System.
2. Qualification information and evidences (such as work experience certificates, on-going works list, payment certificates for construction turnover, equipment list (own or rented), personnel list etc.) of the tenderers as mapped in the e-GP tenders
3. Only Bangladeshi Nationality Tenderers are eligible for this Tender.
4. Tender Shall be evaluated based on the documents uploaded by tenderer in e-GP System.
N.B.: 1. The tenderer shall maintain highest ethics in providing information regarding Past Performance Evaluation and Rating Matrix for different aspects.
2. If corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive or obstruction practices of any kind is determined against any tenderer, then measures shall be taken as per ITT clause 4 of Standard Tender Document.
